Dr. Williams is a graduate of the University Of Utah Medical School, graduating as an M.D. in 1970. He has practiced medicine in St. George as a Board Certified General Surgeon for over 30 years and is a fellow of the American College of Surgery.

Dr. Myers is a graduate of the University Of Utah Medical School, graduating as an M.D. in 1986. He has practiced medicine in St. George as a Board Certified General Surgeon since 1992 and is a fellow of the American College of Surgery.

Dr. Miller joined Southwest Surgical Associates in 1997 after completing Medical School at the University of Utah and a residency with UCSF/ Fresno. He is board certified and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgery. Along with Dr. Speakman, Dr. Miller performs bariatric (weight-loss) surgical procedures as well as other general surgery procedures.

Dr. Speakman attended the University of Utah Medical School, graduating in 1997. After a residency with The University of Utah Medical Center, he joined Southwest Surgical Associates in 2003. Dr. Speakman is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American College of Surgery. Dr. Speakman, along with Dr. Miller, performs bariatric (weight-loss) surgical procedures as well as other general surgery procedures.

Dr. Watson attended the Des Moines University in Iowa where he received the degree of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in 1998. He went on to complete a residency at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Watson joined Southwest Surgical Associates in 2003 and is board certified. Dr. Watson currently serves as the Director of the Trauma Program at Dixie Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Lewis joined Southwest Surgical Associates in 2008 after completing his service to the U.S. Military. Dr. Lewis graduated from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California with the degree of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in 1999. He completed a residency at Keesler Medical Center on the Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi in 2004 and went on to practice as a General Surgeon at The United States Air Force Academy until 2008. Dr. Lewis is also a board certified general surgeon.
